Jonathon Clifford has been active in challenging vanity publishers' claims since the 1960s.
His site offers a free Advice Pack for authors seeking a publisher, or who have experienced problems with a publisher, and is available to anyone, anywhere in the world, simply by sending your address on an ssae for snail mail delivery
It may also be downloaded from the site.
Clifford is recognised as an authority on the subject of vanity publishing and his advice pack also gives detail on self-publishing for authors, which he said is far more simple to undertake than a writer might think.
