Ty Newydd
is the National Writers' Centre for Wales which runs creative writing
courses in English and Welsh for people at all levels of experience.
The tutors are all professional writers.
Over twelve years, the centre established a reputation for courses of
high quality and was instrumental in the success of many contemporary
writers in Wales.
The site carries detail of the centre’s activities and of some bursaries
on offer to aspiring students.
However bursary funding is limited and financial help cannot always be
guaranteed.
