THE
British Council hosts this website for women's writing from South Asia
and worldwide.
The site promotes to a wider audience voices that are less frequently
heard.
Included
is a searchable database of profiles and work from some of the world's
most talented women writers. The database can be searched by author, genre
and nationality.
Information on major literary prizes is offered and there is news of literary
events scheduled for a number of countries.
New information on qualifying writers is added to the site every three months.
