Women in Publishing Association
Women in Publishing Association is a non-profit women-only organisation, devoted to promoting the status of women in publishing.
It provides networking and training opportunities through events and meetings. Its website has detail of its activities and links of interest to members and like-minded folk.
In a site statement, the WPA said Women in Publishing works to promote the status of women working in publishing and related trades by helping them to develop their careers.
Through monthly meetings there are opportunities to learn more. Activities are open to all women interested in publishing. The WPA was founded in March 1979.
