WebPath was created by Edward C. Klatt MD in the Department of Pathology at the University of Utah as part of the Internet Pathology Laboratory for Medical Education.

Part of the site includes information on guns and their effect on human beings, which would be of use to writers.

The tutorial is designed to give a working knowledge of the types of firearms, the types of ammunition used, the nature of injuries that can be produced in the body, and more.
