Bookheads

This website is for teenagers to share information about the books they like. It is also the home of the Booktrust Teenage Prize.

Launched in 2003, the prize recognises and celebrates contemporary fiction written for teenagers. Publishers may enter works of fiction published in the UK, including novels, collections of short stories and graphic novels for the prize.

The site includes introductions to hundreds of Bookheads who are given the opportunity to write about the books they enjoy, and why.

This latter is a useful testing ground for writers to measure ideas against when considering writing for this age group.
