American Screenwriters Association

The non-profit American Screenwriters Association™ (ASA) is organized for educational purposes, including the promotion and encouragement of the art of screenwriting.

It welcomes as members interested individuals from around the world who are pursuing the writing of documentaries, educational films, feature films, and television scripts.

The site includes much information on screenwriting and the ASA. Some is restricted to fee-paying members; but an amount of information and frequently asked questions are offered for free.

The ASA has an international membership of more than 1,300 members located throughout the United States, Europe, the Pacific and the Middle East in 27 countries.
