In 1997, film director Francis Ford Coppola launched a magazine, Zoetrope: All-Story, devoted to supporting the brightest young voices in fiction. Zoetrope: All-Story has since received many major short fiction awards, including the National Magazine Award for Fiction, while discovering authors, which was its primary aim. The site contains guidelines on submissions, and includes long extracts form the current issue.
Zoetrope: All-Story considers unsolicited submissions of short
