Writers Digest is the online presence of the long-established US-published Writer’s Digest.

While much of the detailed content is restricted to paying subscribers, the site does offer a fair amount of free material to site visitors.

Accessible are details of the market of the day, and writing tip of the day. There is also a calendar of writing related anniversaries with useful onward links to more information on the subject.

Sections are included on several categories including, fiction, non-fiction, children’s, poetry children’s writing, and scriptwriting.
