National Writers Union

NWU is the US-based union for writers of all genres, fiction and non-fiction and including journalists.

Its site lists news of battles fought for members. Of interest is the Author's Network; which only NWU members can use to its full capability.

The AN is a cooperative effort by members to help NWU book authors promote their work.

The Network includes detail of volunteer housing for travelling book authors; a database of book signing venues and readings; and local book review resources where authors might increase media coverage of their work.
