the National Association for Youth Drama

The association was formed in 1980. NAYD provides information, advice and support for youth theatre groups and individuals involved in drama with young people in Ireland.

The site carries details of NAYD activity, events, and publications.

Included are links to features on issues relevant to youth drama; practical workshop plans for different aspects of youth drama practice. And pieces of interest on writing a play, devising a play, or directing a new script for a youth theatre.
