A Celebration of Women Writers

A purely volunteer project, organised and maintained by Philadelphia-based Mary Mark Ockerbloom, with input from her husband John Mark, and help from a large number of volunteers.

To be listed, the writer must be a woman, and a published author. The site may be browsed by author; century; country: and by ethnicity. European writers are included by country.

There is a request on the site for information donation including URLs for on-line books, author resources, and archives not yet listed.
