Update: The EU Culture Programme 2007-2013 has replaced Culture 2000, which came to an end in 2006.

European Cultural Contact Point Ireland specifically provides advice and technical assistance to anyone interested in applying to the European Commission for funding under the Culture 2000 funding programme.

It provides information on arts in Ireland to enquirers from outside Ireland hoping to establish contacts and possible project co-organisers in Ireland.

Also responded to are enquiries about working co-operatively, or elsewhere in Europe, in the fields of cultural heritage and the contemporary arts.

The website provides information on the Culture 2000 funding programme, tips on how to apply for Culture 2000 funding, examples of successful applications, and links to other sources of information and cultural institutions both in Ireland and abroad.

Links are few enough, however, on the site.
