British Society of Comedy Writers

The British Society of Comedy Writers is a professional organisation offering market information, networking and promotion opportunities, support and advice to members.

It launched at The Golden Rose of Montreux TV Festival in April 2000.

Registration is required to fully access the website. Without registration, visitors may access the comprehensive links page, which includes links to the websites of working comedy writers who are available for commission.

Members of the BSCW don’t all live in Britain, and members don’t geographically restrict their work, said the society, so if you have an interest in comedy writing, you could enquire within.
