Australian Writers Guild

The Australian Writers Guild (AWG) was established in 1962 and is the professional association for all performance writers who are defined as writers for film, television, radio, theatre, video and new media.

The site offers a news directory of relevance to writers.

There is a bulletin board where writers can meet, share industry information and gossip, or talk about writing, though it’s been a while since there were postings here according to posting dates.

News of events is listed on the site and current notices of such may be read there.
