Membership of the American Society of Journalists and Authors includes more than 1,000 freelance writers of magazine articles, trade books, and other non-fiction writing.

ASJA Contracts Watch is a free twice-monthly electronic newsletter which serves as Contract Information Central for freelance writers and is available to the wider community of writers on request.

The site also offers access for editors to member writers capable of producing articles, books, brochures and scripts on any subject, said the Society.
