Black Diamond Poetry Prize
Grace
Wells will adjudicate the Black Diamond Poetry Prize competition in association
with Castlecomer Writers’ and Arts Festival 2010.
Prize: €500.
Entry fee: €3 for the first poem and €2 for each subsequent
poem
Entries must be the original, unpublished work of the entrant.
Presentation of prize, and a poetry reading, will take place in Castlecomer
on Saturday September, 25.
Poems may be on any subject, but must not exceed 40 lines.
No entry form required, but the author’s identity or contact details
must not appear on any poem but be supplied on a separate cover sheet.
Post entries to: Michael Massey, c/o Castlecomer Library, Kilkenny Street,
Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny.
Closing date for entries is August 27, 2010.
