Spread the Word wants a writer
A writer is sought by Spread the Word, London's literature development
agency.
In
conjunction with Newham libraries the agency is seeking a writer with
energy, enthusiasm and vision to work with them on a three-year project.
As Newham's first Writer in Residence the writer will seek to inspire
a local community to engage with literature activity across the borough,
shape creative programmes for writers of all levels and be a point of
contact.
The chosen one will need at least three years experience of working in
a community arts context. Experience of working with diverse communities
is essential.
