Red Kettle wants new work
The
Red Kettle Theatre Company in Waterford has invited open script submissions
from new writers.
The resultant plays may be produced as part of the 2nd Waterford Festival
of New Plays, to be staged in 2010.
Submissions of plays with a running time of ten to fifteen minutes from
writers who have not previously had their work professionally produced
are stipulated.
Entries may be sent by hard copy or email. joan@red-kettle.com
Red Kettle Theatre Company has been producing theatre in for some 23 years.
In addition to Waterford and Ireland it has played in London, New York,
Edinburgh and Japan.
The first Waterford Festival of New Plays was held in 2007. to coincide
with the Sean Dunne Literary Festival.
Closing date for the present call is Friday, October
31, 2008.
