Tinderbox seeks playwrights
Tinderbox
Theatre Company is offering an opportunity to aspirant playwrights, in
Northern Ireland, aged between 16 and 25 years to take part in its development
programme.
Fireworks 2008 is Tinderbox’s third programme created to nurture
and develop a new generation of young writers.
No experience is required. All participants partake in a skill sessions
hosted by Tinderbox’s literary manager and outreach director.
Participants will write a ten-minute play, to be performed, in October,
by professional actors before a specially invited audience in a local
theatre.
Fireworks is free to all participants to attend and open to writers aged
between 16 and 25 years.
